Prof. Dr. Dr. Stefan Listl

Stefan Listl ist Professor für Translationale Gesundheitsökonomie und Leiter der Sektion Mundgesundheit am Heidelberger Institut für Global Health. Darüber hinaus ist er außerplanmäßiger Professor an der Radboud Universität Nijmegen (Niederlande) und der University of Pennsylvania (USA)

Stefan war principal investigator (PI) bei verschiedenen Förderprojekten, unterstützt durch Fördergeber wie der EU und den National Institutes of Health (NIH). Stefan ist derzeit der koordinierten PI in den Horizon Europe-Projekten DELIVER (Deliberative Improvement of Oral Care Quality) und PRUDENT (Prioritization, Incentives and Resource Use for Sustainable Dentistry). Ferner koordiniert er die vom Innovationsfonds beim Gemeinsamen Bundesausschuss geförderten Projekte Paro-ComPas und DigIn2Perio, welche eine Verbesserung der Patientenselbständigkeit und die Integration von Allgemein- und Zahnmedizin zum Ziel haben.

Stefan ist Mitglie der WHO-Arbeitsgruppe zur Priorisierung kosteneffektiver Intervention im Bereich Mundgesundheit und war Teil des Lenkungsausschusses des WEltweiten Berichts zur Mundgesundheit der WHO. Er ist Mitglied der Lancet Mundgesundheitskommission und der Lancet-Kommission zur Europäischen Gesundheitsunion. Stefan Beiträge finden sich u.a. im FDI World Dental Federation Vision 2030 Report, dem Whitepaper zur mundgesundheit des Weltwirtschaftsforums, den NIH-Berichten zu Mundgesundheit in Amerika und im Malaysia Health Systems Projekt der Harvard University.

Stefans Forschung fokussiert sich auf Gesundheitsökonomie und Forschung zur Optimierung insbesondere der Identifikation und Umsetzung verbesserter Verwaltungs-, Finanzierungs-, und Erbringungsstrukturen im Gesundheitswesen mit dem Ziel der Verbesserung der Mund- und Allgemeingesundheits - lokal und global
